For the past three years, Mr. Brett had the privilege of leading the Hotel Chocolat St Lucia business, where he played a crucial role in connecting their direction in the Caribbean with their cocoa growers' markets worldwide, particularly in West Africa and Latin America. This experience allowed him to bridge diverse cultures and perspectives, fostering collaboration and synergy among their global stakeholders.
Before his tenure in St Lucia, Mr. Brett held leadership positions in various UK businesses involved in land management and the retail sector. During this time, he successfully built customer loyalty by prioritizing exceptional service and upholding their strong ethics and commitment to sustainability.
