Coreen Antoine

Apprentice

Coreen Antoine is a Helen’s Daughters apprentice who shares the related passions of agriculture, health and fitness and appreciates their importance in overall wellbeing.

From the small community of Belle Vue, Choiseul in Saint Lucia’s southwestern corner, Coreen continues to develop an unshakeable interest in agriculture. Working with Helen’s Daughters serves as a solid foundation for her passions. She is an advocate for youth in agriculture and aspires to work closely with women and girls thanks to support from HD.

Apart from taking excellent care of the Helen’s Daughters and Hotel Chocolat Farm at Project CHocolat, Coreen is a budding beekeeper.
