Kelsy is currently the Finance Officer of Helen’s Daughters and has served the organization since January 2022. He is also does accounting at the Saint Lucia Air & Sea Ports Authority and has been a member of the accounts team since September 2017. Kelsy started his accounting journey in 2014 preparing budgets for a local construction company on proposed structures and since then continued his journey with him currently pursuing his chartered accountant designation.

He works closely with the Executive Director of Helen’s Daughters to come up with budgets for projects as well as manages the finances of the organization. He enjoys giving advice on the financial position and performance of the organization and is always open for a challenge.

He has a long-term goal of becoming a public figure in accounting. Kelsy wants to bring a higher quality of life for underdeveloped islands like his home St. Lucia.
